Senior Back-end Developer

We are looking for an experienced backend developer to join our team.

We work in teams with short iterations and in close collaboration with customers and users.

Teams are involved from grooming new ideas, turning them into features and making the software run well on our on-premise infrastructure. Hence the right candidate has a broad perspective and thrives having an end to end responsibility.

We work in a dynamic environment with ever changing priorities and requirements. To keep up we rely on the latest technologies, extensive use of automation and good team work with peer reviews and a focus on always learning and improving along the way.

You will play a key role in setting the future direction of our backend services along with our customers and our other backend developers.

What we expect from you
‍• Have a minimum of 3 years of development experience in Java
‍• Familiar with microservice architecture
• Know how to write and execute unit tests
• Experienced in DevOps toolkit like Docker
• Have the ability to work independently, self-motivated and result-oriented
• Be willing to build peer relationships and to work in a team environment
• Possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
• Technical understanding of event driven architectures
